If you ever have a chance I would love to see a post on how to get started learning to use rollers. I have been using a cycleops for the past year and just got a hand me down set of rollers. I'm not sure how to determine the correct length of the base. I have no idea how to get going or how to make the best use of this very cool seeming tool.
